Conditions that apply to special offers and promotional packages.
Promotional prices are “from” prices unless expressly stated otherwise and are subject to availability, supplier confirmation and the stated travel period.
Promotions may have limited seats, rooms, dates or inventory. Once the promotional allocation is sold out, the offer may be withdrawn or repriced without notice.
Each promotion will specify its inclusions. Items not expressly listed, such as visas, travel insurance, meals, baggage, resort fees, excursions or personal expenses, may be excluded.
Special offers may have different deposit requirements and payment deadlines. These will be shown on the quotation or invoice.
Promotional bookings may be subject to stricter supplier cancellation and change rules. The applicable conditions will be provided before confirmation.
2GoTravel takes reasonable care when publishing promotional information, but supplier availability, schedules and prices can change. Errors may be corrected and affected bookings will be handled according to applicable supplier and legal requirements.
Where a specific promotion contains additional terms, those terms take precedence for that promotion to the extent permitted by law.
