Important information for every 2GoTravel booking.
All quotations and advertised prices are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, currency fluctuations, taxes, fees and fare conditions. “From” prices are indicative until a booking is confirmed in writing and payment requirements have been met.
A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and 2GoTravel or the relevant supplier has issued confirmation. Verbal quotations do not constitute confirmed reservations.
Payment deadlines and amounts will be stated on the quotation or invoice. Failure to meet a payment deadline may result in cancellation, loss of availability or supplier penalties.
Airlines, hotels, tour operators and other suppliers impose their own change and cancellation conditions. Any applicable supplier penalties and reasonable agency/service fees will be communicated where known and may be payable by the traveller.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, permits, vaccinations and other entry requirements are valid for their itinerary. 2GoTravel can assist with travel information, but final eligibility and admission decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travellers should review cover, exclusions, medical requirements, cancellation cover and claim procedures before departure.
Flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and other travel components may be supplied by third parties. Their terms, conditions, schedules and operational decisions apply. 2GoTravel will reasonably assist with supplier-related issues but cannot guarantee supplier performance or prevent events outside its control.
Requests such as room location, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms, accessibility needs or seat preferences are requests only unless expressly confirmed by the supplier.
Travellers must provide accurate names and travel details. Errors can result in amendment fees, ticket reissue costs or cancellation.
Payment toward a booking constitutes acceptance of the applicable quotation, supplier conditions and these booking terms, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
